Team Soul Miami is the premier CrossFit gym in Miami, conveniently located just off of Bird Road and 826, west of Coral Gables and less than one mile from Tropical Park. Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with top-of-the-line equipment, air conditioning, and showers for your convenience.

Want to look good naked? This class features interval style strength and endurance training that will have you working up a sweat! Programmed to increase your metabolism and increase your endurance while maintaining high quality safe movement in mind, you can expect a high intensity, low impact class that will keep you moving the entire time.

SESSION PASSES
Single Drop In, 6 session, or 15 session passes without having to commit to a recurring membership. Sessions give access to Group Fitness and Training Hall sessions at both Team Soul Locations. Come in for a CrossFit Class, Weightlifting or Powerlifting session, or get your own training led by our Team Soul Coaches. Session passes are not valid for 24 hour access. Only scheduled training sessions or classes.
PERSONAL TRAINING
One-On-One & Small Group Training. For those looking to fast-track your results, there are no shortcuts, but we can help! Schedule a one-on-one session or organize personal training for you and a couple of friends. This is an awesome way for beginners to learn the requirements of training, or for experienced gym-goers to take their fitness to the next level and give some extra attention to your gymnastics movements or barbell lifts.
