With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry and as injured athletes, we understand the frustrations that go hand in hand with identifying weaknesses and strengthening them.
So, it’s time to REBUILD! We developed this nine week training plan with our athletes health, strength, and best interest in mind. This program is not meant for pain management, rather it provides the foundation to rebuilding after injury as well as help prevent injury altogether.
The goal is improving and getting back to training!
