We do not accept returns unless there is an error on Team Soul’s behalf, we will refund the purchase in full upon receiving the return. To start the process, first email us at [email protected] to confirm the return using your order number along with a description of the issue. Once the return has been established, you are responsible for shipping the item back. Once the returned purchase is received, we will issue the refund.
