Soul Sweat

Soul Sweat is the perfect sixty minute group workout for anyone regardless if you’re an experienced athlete or new to fitness. Soul sweat will combine strength, power, and endurance to get you moving and get you results.

Sixty minutes of group fitness designed for those who want to get straight to work. Whether you wants to drop fat or add lean muscle mass this class will help you accomplish those goals.

Class Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday: 6am & 5:30pm
  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 5:30pm & 6:30pm
  • Saturday 9am: Soul Sweat Endurance Class



Crossfit is a fitness program designed to improve athletic performance for anyone at any level. Our coaches can help clients scale movements as appropriate to their own fitness capacity to keep them safe while still providing a challenging and rewarding workout experience. CrossFit training methodology includes weightlifting technique, gymnastics skills, metabolic conditioning as well as strength training. At Crossfit Soul we pride ourselves on keeping a strong focus to teaching proper technique to our clients.

  • Mon – Thurs: 6:00am, 9:00am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm & 7:30pm
  • Fri: 6:00am, 9:00am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, & 6:30pm


Competition / Powerlifting / Weightlifting

Team Soul Barbell is a competitive weightlifting and powerlifting program that has been growing since its inception over 5 years ago. We are a competitive team and compete regularly at the local and national level.

Our coaching staff has produced numerous National and International level athletes as well as high level Crossfit competitors. Our Coaching staff is lead by Danny Lopez-Calleja and Luis Lopez.  Danny is a USA Weightlifting Level 2 Coach, CrossFit Weightlifting Lead Seminar Instructor, personal Coach for many top level CrossFit Games/Regional Athletes, and more. Luis Lopez has been a Weightlifting and Powerlifting competitor over the last decade, and during that time has had athletes qualify to US Nationals, Junior Nationals, University Nationals, as well as Pan-ams. Between the two, they have developed a system that is great for Weightlifters, CrossFitters looking to improve their efficiency and technique, Youth athletes and more!

Team Soul Training is a Weightlifting and Sport of Fitness style training program that has been in development since 2009. We have been experimenting with different philosophies, exercise programs and ideas since then, and that is what brought us to what we know as Team Soul Training. Our system works in a series of waves and is meant to peak, or focus, on certain events/tests. Our mission is NOT to reinvent the wheel or break new ground. There are trainers and systems that have come before us who laid the groundwork for what we do. What we do best is organize these different systems of training and put together one that is effective and easy to follow.

We offer remote/online program design, group training, private training and classes for Team Soul Training.



Team Soul Kids is character driven, level based fitness program for kids and teens. We teach kids respect, discipline, integrity, manners, humility, and honesty while keeping them active. Our fitness is level-based so your child will always be engaged and progress in a safe and effective manner.

Class Schedule:

  • 5-7 year olds: Tuesday & Thursday 4:30pm
  • 8-12 year olds: Monday, Wednesday, & Friday 4:30pm
