The focus for this club is to teach discipline, leadership, athleticism, skill and more. Ages are 7-13.
Our youth programs are designed to help kids and teens develop strength, confidence, and discipline through structured, age-appropriate training. We offer two main tracks under Team Soul Youth:
Team Soul Youth Fitness
Youth Fitness introduces students to general strength and conditioning using functional movements, bodyweight training, and mobility work. It’s perfect for kids who are new to training, want to improve athletic performance, or are simply looking for a challenging, structured physical outlet.
Youth Olympic Weightlifting
Youth Olympic Weightlifting focuses on teaching the snatch, clean, and jerk with proper technique, positioning, and mechanics. We build strong foundations that support long-term athletic development and offer pathways for competition through USA Weightlifting.
Many of our students participate in both programs, creating a well-rounded base of strength, power, and body control. All sessions are fully coached and scaled to meet each athlete where they are, with an emphasis on safety, consistency, and long-term growth.
