A complete running program should help people move better, recover faster, stay healthier, become more durable, and improve overall performance both during and outside of the run itself. That is exactly what this next cycle is built around.

In current bodybuilding, training has changed beyond rigid programs and into more self regulated, adaptive systems. One of the most effective approaches in the sport combines a Push/Pull/Legs split with high intensity techniques, controlled time under tension, and autoregulation through RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion). This method not only maximizes hypertrophy but also ensures sustainability and long-term progression.

Pressure has always been built for grapplers, wrestlers, MMA athletes, and combat sport enthusiasts, but the structure works extremely well for anyone looking for a thoughtful strength and conditioning program.
