Soul Games 2024 will be a one day competition at Team Soul Miami exclusively for Team Soul clients and athletes. After 3 grueling workouts, we will crown the fittest Soul has to offer in a few different divisions. This year, we are only going to program two variations of each workout (RX and Beginner) but will feature multiple divisions performing these workouts (TST, Soul, Beginner).
